Welcome to the internet home of the new book: "A Better Life Through Food". It's an easy-to-follow handbook helping you to take the first steps towards changing your eating habits for the better. You will learn how to thrive and feel great on a completely plant-based diet.
I wrote the book because I couldn't find any books that gave a short and concise introduction on how to eat a completely vegan diet and do it healthfully. Most books on the subject are very long and thorough, and I thought some people might just want a quick overview before plunging into something bigger. My book is under 70 pages and gives you an excellent start. It is based on research I've conducted over the past several years as well as personal experience.
